--TPI: Third Party Inspection can be done before shipment and testing costs will be in seller’s account. 

Extra Technical Processing: 2 drilling holes will be given on one of the pipe ends. The distance between these 2 holes is the diameter of the pipe. More importantly, these 2 holes must be symmetrical.
